Install Hypnotix on Opensuse

Hypnotix is a software to view all tv channels on your computer with internet, it contains also TV channels.

But it use an old version of Xapp that is not available on OpenSuse Tumbleweed, so I open this issue.

The solution

We need at first to install a python library:

python3 -m pip install Unidecode

And after go to that page and install experimental with yast using the 1-click button:

Now you can run Hypnotic from your desktop file or from command line:

hypnotix
